Open to frontend internships & freelance projects — let's talk

ahnaf.

I build fast, friendly
interfaces — by day, circuits by night.

Frontend developer and Electrical & Computer Engineering student at RUET. I craft focused, performant web apps with React and the TanStack ecosystem — and I keep an ESP32 around for fun.

The stack I reach for

  • React
  • Tailwind
  • JavaScript
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • TanStack
  • PostgreSQL
  • GitHub
  • ESP32

What I do

Frontend core, plus a wider signal path

Comfortable shipping interfaces end to end — and equally at home with relational data and firmware blinks.

React & JavaScript

Component-driven UIs with hooks, state, and clean data flows.

Tailwind CSS

Utility-first styling with a design system baked in.

TanStack Start

Full-stack React with file routes and server functions.

HTML & CSS

Semantic markup and pixel-conscious, responsive layouts.

PostgreSQL

Relational modeling and SQL for real-world data.

ESP32 & Hardware

Embedded C and IoT experiments on real silicon.

Selected work

Things I've shipped, and how they're built

Two projects that capture how I think: interfaces with a clear job, engineered to stay simple.

QuickNotes

A lightweight markdown-based note-taking app built to solve a simple itch: a markdown environment that ships with zero ceremony. Type, render, go.

  • ReactMarkdown-powered live rendering
  • Focused editor tuned for speed, not feature bloat
  • Instant save and padded-down UI for distraction-free writing

Academic Automation Workflow

A joint lab-report management system for my university department. I built the entire frontend in vanilla React — from design system to data flow.

  • Full design implementation and data population
  • Fetch caching + robust client-side file handling
  • Temporary state management via a shared data store

Journey so far

The hybrid path — software by day, hardware in the syllabus

Internship · 3 months

Junior Frontend Developer

  • Redesigned layouts and resolved design bugs across three platforms
  • Two general e-commerce stores and one specialized medicine e-commerce site
  • Owned the UI/UX pass end to end — from spacing audits to shipped fixes

RUET, Rajshahi — ongoing

ECE Student

  • Electrical & Computer Engineering coursework in circuits and signals
  • Self-taught frontend path running alongside the degree — docs, builds, reps
  • Playground: PostgreSQL model design and ESP32 firmware experiments
